Ability to use good judgment and deal successfully with students, teachers, staff and the general public during and after school hours. 4. Demonstrated ability to follow orders written or oral from his/her Head Custodian, Assistant Custodian or acting Assistant. 5. Ability to operate and maintain necessary equipment 6. Ability and willingness to learn and perform various functions in the Facility Services Department. 7. Ability to work successfully with other employees. 8. Ability to bend, stoop, twist, walk, carry and lift for four to six hours per day. 9. Ability to lift 0-50 lbs. 10. Must be 16 to 18 years of age. 11. Must be a current or returning high school student. 12. All applicants will need to undergo and pass a criminal background check prior to employment. 13. Requires a committment of 10 to 29 hours a week.
