Store managers must be able to work in a diverse employee environment and will be responsible for the overall operation, reporting to the owners directly. The right candidate must be proficient with basic computer skills. Primary duties will be built around customer satisfaction, employee morale, cost of food management and payroll control. This will include inventory, ordering of food, dry goods and produce, scheduling and store general appeal.
Assistant managers will be responsible to support the manager in opening and/or closing shifts while maintaining and building upon the manager’s objectives.
Training will be available for both positions and these openings are currently vacant.
Our Managers are hands-on and in charge of 'Delivering the Vibe' to our guests. What does that mean? It means you run shifts focused on superior service, superior sandwiches and superior training to ensure superior profitability. You work with and lead a team of 'wich makers, hosts and cashiers to ensure great food in a unique, fast-casual environment. It also means you get bonuses based on performance and the ability to take on more responsibility as you help us grow.
