Crocs is a designer, manufacturer and marketer of footwear for men, women and children under the CROCS brand. We are looking for energetic team players to join our growing team. Crocs is hiring for the following positions at our new Aurora Farms Outlet location
Positions available:
> MIT (Manager in training)
> Sales Associates
> Shift Leaders

Flexible schedules!
We’re seeking individuals who possess excellent customer service/people skills and a desire to advance with a fast growing company. We prefer experience, but will train anyone with a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
Duties include demonstrating excellent customer service skills, providing product knowledge and sales to our customers, and working as part of a team to meet individual and store objectives.
Summary:
• Must enjoy meeting and interacting with customers
• Should possess excellent customer service skills
• A willingness to learn and take direction
• Dependability with scheduled shifts
