BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate would have expertise in two or more areas of technology (e.g. web design, Flash animation, programming in C++ or Java, robotics, 2D game creation, 3D game design, 3D character modeling, game modding, digital video production, and/or special f/x editing). The desired candidate would also have a background working with kids and teens. Camp experience is highly recommended. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate the following:
# Flexibility (You may be asked to teach at various locations or learn courses outside your area of expertise. We are looking for individuals who embrace such challenges.)
# Positive attitude and sense of humor
# Leadership abilities and strong communication skills
# Lots of energy and a team playing attitude
# Creative ideas on how to create an engaging and hands on learning environment

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate would have completed 2+ years of college. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Must be at least 18 years of age. All camp Instructors must be CPR & First Aid Certified prior to training.
