We are seeking:

• Truly enjoy sharing child development experiences with our customers

As a part of The Right Start team, part time associates are entitled to:
• 30% Employee Discount on store merchandise
• Salary based on previous experience and position

As a member of the Sales Associate Team, the job description includes (but is not limited to):
• Ability to assist multiple customers and build strong meaningful relationships.
• Assists in the cash management and inventory control, as well as all policies and procedures.
• Ensures a high level of customer interaction, suggestive selling and enthusiasm.
• Learns and maintains excellent product knowledge.
• Meet/exceeds sales, UPT, and average transaction goals.
• Works to maintain happy, high energy, enthusiastic sense while working as a team player.
• Maintains proper sales floor replenishments, physical store maintenance, and visual direction.

We provide sales training and product knowledge training for all new members of the sales team. In addition, potential candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
• Exceptional salesmanship and ability to interact and provide top-notch customer service
• Good leadership skills and communication skills.
• Merchandising skills and ability to implement visual merchandising directives.
• Interpersonal and organizational skills.
• The ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and the willingness to roll up sleeves and get the job done.
