Job Description:
Position Overview
Process all incoming business activity and maintain customer service issues and process all billing information. Assist the AE in developing new business and maintaining current business.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Sales Assistance
Process all call-in orders; drop off accounts and PSAV hotel requests. Assist Account Executive in processing bids and proposals; work closely with AE to develop new business. Prospect and develop new drop off business.
Equipment Set Up and Delivery
Assist with the set up and operation of AV equipment as needed. Work with the warehouse coordinator to expedite deliveries of AV equipment.
Billing
Process payments, all billing, and receivables after the completion of an event
Reporting
Assist Director of Event Services with aging reports and collections
Required Skills:
1 to 2 years customer service experience, within audio-visual or related service industry preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment while being able to think creatively and effectively solve problems.
High degree of commitment to service excellence.

1 to 2 years customer service experience, within audio-visual or related service industry preferred
