Seeking a well-organized person to join our dedicated staff. The ideal candidate is a hardworking team player who enjoys working with people and has excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We are looking for someone who is:
- Fluent in English.
- Must be proficient in:
-Microsoft Office computer software (word, excel, power point)
-Internet Savvy
- Ability to operate on the internet with certain technical websites such as PayPal, King Music Company website, etc. to retrieve orders that need to be processed, gather customer data from sales to be processed for shipping.
-Excellent Communication Skills.
-Excellent Organizational Skills


Responsibilities
-Able to Multi-task
-Highly organized and detailed
-Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
-Provide assistance as needed with research for products and services and product development.
-Assist in planning projects and events.
-Translate documents when necessary.
-Translate in meetings when necessary.
-Answer Calls / Make Calls to customers.
-Take orders and process payments from customers via phone and through internet website orders.
-Place orders with Vendors.
-Meet and greet clients and visitors.
-Set-up and coordinate meetings.
-Assist with research and cost comparisons for vendors to maintain cost effectiveness and quality, including technology and computer support.
-Coordinate materials for meetings and training Sessions and other activities.
-General office duties such as typing, flow of correspondence, filing, faxing, etc.
