HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS($300 stipend)

Learn to become a certified tax preparer and EARN MONEY WHILE LEARNING!

We will teach you critically important financial skills such as investing, purchasing a car, credit and debt, and saving for major financial goals.
You will learn how to prepare taxes using computer tax prep software. This is an extremely practical skill to have as you prepare to enter the working world!
Part One: Starts September 23, 2010 and ends December 18, 2010.
Part Two: You will volunteer as a tax preparer at a DotWell community tax clinic for 30 hours between January and April 2011, helping people in your community get their taxes done for free.
Classes are held once a week:

Tuesdays 3pm-6pm at Codman Square Tech Center 450 Washington St Dorchester

OR

Thursdays 4pm-7pm at Dorchester House Multi Servic Center 1353 Dorchester Ave
