Veritude, in partnership with Computershare – a global share registry and leading provider of financial market services – is hiring customer service representatives to make outbound calls to its shareholders. These jobs are evening, part-time hours (27.5 hours a week) and include two weeks of paid training and some basic benefits. It’s a great way to earn some extra spending money!

After two weeks of interactive training, you’ll be ready to make phone calls to Computershare’s customers where you’ll use a prepared script to solicit their participation in a mutual fund proxy vote. You’ll guide them through the voting process, answer their questions, address their concerns, and register their votes online using Microsoft Windows software. The training will teach you about mutual funds, trusts and IRA accounts as well as the rules of engagement when dealing with customers.

The work shift is evenings: Monday through Thursday evening from either 5:30 or 6:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. and also Saturday from 12 noon until 6:00 p.m.

Requirements:

In order to be considered for this interesting opportunity, you need to have the following skills:

• A high school diploma or GED;
• Superb communication skills;
• A pleasant and professional-sounding speaking voice;
• Excellent listening abilities;
• A sincere interest in building relationships with customers; and

• Solid MS Windows abilities in Word, Excel and Outlook.
