Store/Location – Elevation Burger Wynnewood, PA
Start Date: – ASAP
Summary of Position Goals:
The Assistant Manager (“AM”) will assist the General Manager (“GM”) in managing the operation of the Elevation Burger store thoroughly and efficiently with an emphasis on prompt and friendly customer service, employee development, business growth, and consistency of the food product.
Minimum Responsibilities:
1. Assist GM with the following responsibilities, including acting as Manager-On-Duty in the absence of the GM:
a. Oversee all food production;
b. Oversee hiring and scheduling of all employee labor;
c. Oversee management of all labor, including regular reviews of employees;
d. Oversee ordering and inventory of all product and small-wares;
e. Manage back of house operations;
f. Manage front of house and all customer service issues;
g. Oversee maintenance of all equipment and the facility upkeep and repair;
h. Manage and report Profit and Loss on a weekly basis;
i. Refine and document procedures for all aspects of the operation;
j. Monitor progress of the store with Elevation Franchise Ventures (“EFV”) company manager(s); and
k. As capacity allows, assist in training of new staff for new store openings.

-Must travel to Virginia for training for three weeks when hired
