We sell various products around the Inland Empire directly to customers as they enter or leave a store, this is commonly known as “kiosk sales.” Our clients include San Bernardino County Sun, The Inland Daily Bulletin, and Dish Network. Our teens are required and trained to remain courteous and thoughtful to every potential customer.
Our teens work on commission and get paid for what they sell, which means the ongoing training we provide is vital to the success of the sales agent. The average teen sales agent earns between $70 to $125 dollars per week. The dollar amount varies according to skill of the individual. The average learning curve is about 2 weeks, meaning it usually takes about 7 to 14 days for a teen to gain medium level competence. The first two weeks the average teen sales agent can expect to earn $40 to $70 dollars a week; top sales agents make an average of $180 to $225 per week in commissions.
