Now HIRING Baristas for new espresso & tea bar.
Paradise Perks is looking for enthusiastic coffee and tea lovers for
our new location at Irvine Village Center (15475 Jeffrey Road, Suite 450, Irvine, CA 92618).
You must be:
RESPONSIBLE DEPENDABLE
ENERGETIC PERSONABLE
EARLY RISER and most of all FUN!
Knowledge and Skills:
Prepare and sell all coffee and tea drinks by following Paradise Perks recipes and preparation techniques.
Greet customers as well as educate them by presenting and explaining the coffee and tea drink menu
Contribute to a friendly, positive work environment
Able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
Able to exercise initiative, prioritize tasks and work independently
Able to handle a high volume of guests quickly and efficiently
Willing to learn new skills or improve upon current skills
Participate in all opening and closing duties, including equipment maintenance and merchandising
Stocking coffee, cookies, pastries and merchandise as needed
AND other duties as assigned.
