We manufacture and serve the finest gourmet ice cream & candy available in the Washington Metro area. We’re quickly expanding and need motivated talent to help us grow our vision, values, and philosophy.
WHAT?
Retail Store Managers & Supervisors. We’ll train you from the “ground up”, kitchen experience a plus, but NOT a pre-requisite.
WHERE?
Locations in: Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Rockville, Shady Grove, Northwest DC.
WHY?
We’re growing rapidly. We’ve recently opened 4 new stores in the past 20 months, and plan on opening 4 to 6 more locations every year through our newly established Franchising Program. Here’s an opportunity to join a company from the ground up!
We’ve also recently partnered with The Washington National’s baseball team and will have many cross-marketing opportunities which you may also be a part of.

PAY?
* Supervisors starting at $9.00 to $14.00 hourly * Store Managers starting between $30,000 to $40,000 anuualy (with potential to make more based on profit sharing). * PLUS... We offer VERY flexible scheduling to accommodate your life-style. Most of our locations operate from 11:30 am until about 10:00 pm throughout the Fall & Winter seasons (7 days a week). For Spring & Summer we extend our schedule by just few hours.
