YMCA Camp Collins is an overnight/residential summer camp seeking responsible and caring leaders who live enthusiastically and care deeply about others. We want staff who are committed to our community values of love, respect, honesty, responsibility and service and who want to impact the lives of children and who understand the importance of their position in a child's development. We are looking for staff with the ability to communicate honestly and openly, to stay positive when challenged, to problem solve creatively and to participate energetically. Working at camp is demanding and staff need to know how to stay balanced and how to de-stress. YMCA Camp Collins looks for staff members who have fun on a regular basis and who inspire others to do the same!
