The position qualifications are you must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, complete the management training program and demonstrate a commitment to our mission, operating principles and values. The Assistant Manger is responsible for the day to day operations including: Ensuring that impeccable guest service is maintained at all times; placing orders and entering invoices; motivating and coaching a team, while following the goals of the restaurant; inventory control; scheduling and meeting labor goals and be a Team Player. The position requires minimal supervision and the work is verified by the General Manager. In addition, the assistant manager is accountable for long-range operational planning and budgetary compliance.
