Swoozie’s, the innovative fine paper and gift giving store is a growing company with stores across the nation. As we continue to spread our celebratory vision across the country, we are looking for extraordinary people who appreciate the Swoozie’s culture, and who enjoy helping the clients celebrate the events that make life fabulous! We have just opened 13 stores in the Northeast and we are looking to staff our Ardmore, PA store. We are celebrating our eighth birthday this year with 44 stores and look forward to growing in the Northeast market.

Store Manager-
The Swoozie’s store manager would be responsible for all aspects of managing a retail specialty store. *Has ability to see that customer service and satisfaction, sales, and overall organization and operation are top priorities. *Ability to multi-task and change focus easily a must. *Must be able to manage several areas at once. *Ensures the proper execution of expected operational and visual standards while effectively delegating to all team members. *Ensures staff maintains store presentation, with emphasis on visual and operational consistencies. *Provides effective training to staff on customer service, product knowledge, inventory control and visual standards while fostering a fun and exciting team environment.

Retail Associates-
The Swoozie’s retail associates are the face of Swoozie’s and are the ones who keep our clients returning for the service experience.
