DQ Grill & Chill of Russellville is looking for a talented, DQ Certified individual to help run its day to day operations. This individual needs to have hands on experience with a high volume Grill & Chill operation. The operator of this location is very hands on, and works the restaurant almost every day of the week. The expectation is high, yet attainable for this location. This is one of the cleanest, smoothest operations around, and the guests continually comment about how they love coming to this location, because they feel at home.
This individual must love guest interaction, be able to motivate their crew, delegate, and follow-up, have a sense of Marketing ideas, be able to control COGS, and Labor on a daily basis, recruit and train, and want to have fun.
