The Green Line Cafe, a family-owned neighborhood coffeeshop business in West Philadelphia has an immediate opening for the position of manager at its Powelton Village location, 3649 Lancaster Avenue.
The uniquely qualified individual we seek:
--Is honest and reliable
--Possesses excellent barista skills
--Will be available approx 35 hours a week, work 5 shifts including one weekend shift.
--Demonstrates a positive personality/outlook and the ability to set a welcoming atmosphere for a diverse clientele and model that to staff members
--Shows personal pride in their work, is self-motivated towards constant improvement
--Can effectively develop, organize, and implement systems related to all aspects of a small coffeeshop business
--Values the concept of global fair trade
--An interest in the Powelton Village neighborhood is a plus
