Description
• One – Two years experience as a store manager or assistant manager in the fast food or retail industry.
• Ability to independently use good judgment to resolve problems.
• Proven ability to hire, train and motivate Crew members and develop a strong team.
• Maintain equipment, product, stock areas, building, and grounds.
• A strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Enjoy working with the public, and creating a pleasant atmosphere for customers and crew members.
• A willingness to grow to higher level positions. Enforce the standards of QSC and safeguard the integrity of the brands
• Proficient in Excel

Salary: $25K + 10% bonus
Vacation: 2 Weeks
Holidays Off
