Location: Columbus, Minnesota
Job Description: To maintain a clean, inviting environment for our guests and to assist wait staff and bartenders to ensure customer satisfaction. Efficiently clear and reset tables. Help maintain general cleanliness of restaurant and wait stations. Scrape, clear and organize dishes and glassware in dish station. Empty and carry linen bags to loading dock. Keep all ice bins clean and stocked. Attend to spills in a timely fashion. Occasionally help run food to ensure food temperature and customer satisfaction. Occasionally restock glassware in wait station. Occasionally restock linens.
Required Skills: Must be able to listen, take direction and work unsupervised. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to push ice bins, reach across tables and carry full trays up to 40 pounds. Must be able to work with a sense of urgency. Will be exposed to outdoor weather during horse racing season (May-Aug). Must work well with others. Must be available weekends and nights.
Days and hours: Thursday - Sunday evenings. Approx. 18.25 hours weekly.
A drug test will be required for this position.
Certificate in Tip's Training will also be required. Company will to certification.
