Chick-fil-A at Overland Park is currently hiring night time kitchen team members. Chick-fil-A is widely known for its quality food as well as quality people. Kitchen team members must be committed to following food quality guidelines to ensure the best possible guest experience.
Kitchen team member duties include but are not limited to:
- Fileting, breading, and cooking chicken
- Preparing sandwiches and other items as ordered within the required timeframes
- Maintaining the kitchen according to food safety guidelines
- Washing dishes, scrubbing floors, cleaning fryers, etc.
- Rotating product.
Qualified candidates will possess a sense of urgency to ensure our guests are served in a timely fashion while also maintaining food quality & accuracy guidelines. You must also have the ability to lift 40 lbs.
This is a part-time position with hours ranging from 25-35 hours per week. Hours are earned based on performance. Shifts begin at 3:00 PM and usually end at 8:00 PM or 10:30 PM (or shortly after depending on volume and tasks to be completed at closing). Wages are based on experience and performance. Qualified candidates must be able to speak and write English.
