A franchise in the Plainfield Area is looking for highly motivated, passionate, results-driven individual to become our store manager.
As a Store Manager, you would:
• Act as a business owner of the store, taking full responsibility of daily operations
• Establish systems to ensure the execution of excellent operations
• Ensure continuous delivery of outstanding guest service
• Develop proactive methods to generate revenue growth, successfully manage food cost, labor cost and other operating expenses
• Interview and hire all new employees
• Develop Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Crew Members
• Follow training guidelines and provide ongoing training as needed regarding new products, promotions and policies/procedures
• Complete weekly food and paper inventory and order through approved vendors as necessary.
• Account for daily cash management functions including daily and weekly reports, deposits, and safe reconciliation
• Complete weekly schedule for crew, ensuring a properly staffed restaurant at all times
• Achieve excellent scores on Restaurant Operations Reviews and Mystery Shops
• Ensure compliance of Food Safety and Sanitation regulations
• Conduct marketing activities within the community.
All individuals that apply will need to have prior management experience unless you previously worked at a Dunkin Donuts. We prefer Dunkin experience, however it is not required. We have an immediate need for a store manager, if interested please email us your resume right away.
