Café on the Run is now hiring Partners to join the Central Market COTR team for our new location opening in January within the HEB at Hwy 71 & Bee Caves. We’re looking for friendly Partners with a great team spirit, passion for food and genuine love for people & service.

Until this Café on the Run opens, new Partners hired for this store will train and work at our existing locations at 5800 W. Slaughter Lane and 701 S. Capitol of Texas Hwy.

Typical a.m. shifts are 5am-1:30pm or 6am-2:30pm; evening shifts are 1:30pm-10pm or 2:30pm-11pm. We’re currently hiring for both part-time & full-time positions, but full-time status requires open availability. We offer a tasty package of benefits to all eligible partners!

Responsibilities:
—Actively engages guests through greeting, offering samples, discussing our product and guiding guests through the selection process
—Wraps, prices, sells, stocks, fills, and rotates products continuously to maintain quality and freshness
—Maintains sanitation in department…yes, this will include some dishwashing :)
—Provides Legendary customer service!
—Monitors product quality
—Uses suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales

Requirements:
—Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends & holidays
—Eighteen (18) years of age or older
—Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
—Values diversity
—Ability to handle stressful situations
—Knowledge of and passion for food
—Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
—Ability to lift 50 pounds ***We’re also looking for partners to take on more specialized roles including platter chef, sandwich bar representative & shift leads.
