As a Customer Care Representative, you help individuals through email and on the phone to find the right shoe with the right fit and to help troubleshoot any issues that may occur. In addition to a rewarding position with lots of growth potential, you will have the opportunity to speak with individuals in several countries. Our websites are in the U.S., United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand with several more sites to come in the next year.

Shifts Available:
Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming customer calls
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable service
• Troubleshoot orders and shipping complications
• Process on-line orders
• Provide timely follow-ups with customers regarding their order status
• Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely fashion
Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional phone demeanor
• Intermediate to Advanced computer skills including Internet navigation, database navigation and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to prioritize workload and work autonomously
• High degree of self-motivation and initiative
• Prior shoe experience, a plus
