Prairie Lanes is looking for an experienced host for our Friday night fish fry to handle front-of-the-house duties, including welcoming/seating guests, managing table flow, and supporting wait staff. Good communication skills required and the ability to provide extraordinary, fast and courteous service to our guests. Previous experience in a fast pace dining atmosphere strongly preferred. Shift will be every Friday night from 4:00pm – 10:30pm.
