Description:
This position is responsible for serving as a sales association and as an information source, providing miscellaneous services to customers and tenants. Activities include selling giftcards, providing directions, and assisting at Kidgits Club events.

Requirements:
Performance of the duties of Guest Services Representative requires a strong selling background, general mathematical aptitude, computer literacy, strong communication skills and must be multi-task oriented. These skills can be obtained through a high school diploma and 1-2 years of customer service/sales background. Must be able to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
