Sales Associate Positions
Location(s): Cuyahoga Falls
Job Scope: Our Sales Associates are responsible for creating a fun and friendly shopping experience for our customers. They are responsible for achieving selling and service standards and assisting in merchandising and operational activities. Responsibilities include:
• Executing Dots’ customer service program, providing each customer with outstanding service.
• Working well with other team members to achieve store goals.
• Efficiently processing merchandise and merchandise recovery.
• Completing all assignments within the expected timeframe.
• Processing transactions quickly and accurately at the cash register.
• Adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
Position Requirements:
• Minimum age requirement of 16.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work the required hours based on business needs and work “on-call” shifts as scheduled
• Previous customer service experience preferred
Background Requirements:
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Builds professional relationships with other associates
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Organized in completion of priorities and tasks
• Makes sound decisions on everyday issues.
